• Verify source documents and ensure correctness of entered information.
• Organize and manage digital and physical records systematically.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive client and company data.
• Perform regular data checks to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Support general administrative tasks as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or in a similar role.
• Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
