Legal Administrative Assistant
Charterhouse is working with a leading international law firm in Dubai who are looking to hire a proactive, highly organised Legal Administrative Assistant to support their professional team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking to develop their career within a prestigious legal environment.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive support to legal executives and partners in the Dubai office.
Key responsibilities include:
- Front‑of‑house support: welcoming clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, taking messages, and delegating calls.
- Office facilities support.
- Coordinating meetings, conferences, and training sessions.
- Managing diaries and arranging travel, including flights and accommodation.
- Organising office events and managing supplier contracts.
- Assisting with onboarding of new team members.
- Monitoring the legal secretarial inbox, document control, filing, binding, and maintaining client records.
- Supporting finance‑related administration, including the billings process and processing expense claims.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2–3 years of administrative experience and be currently based in Dubai. Experience in professional services, financial services, or other corporate environments is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required, with UAE work experience considered an advantage. Successful applicants will be positive, proactive, friendly, and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills while being both a strong team player and a self‑sufficient individual.
