Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Project Manager and project team to ensure efficient project execution.
Prepare, update, and maintain all project documentation including correspondence, reports, drawings, and approval records.
Perform SAP system entries for purchase requisitions, service entries, material requests, GRNs, and project-related cost tracking.
Coordinate project schedules, meetings, site visits, and prepare minutes of meetings with follow-up on action items.
Manage document control systems for contracts, RFIs, submittals, method statements, and approvals in line with project requirements.
Liaise with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, Accounts, HR) and external stakeholders (clients, consultants, subcontractors).
Track project submissions, approvals, variations, and deadlines to support timely project delivery.
Assist in preparing progress reports, payment certificates, and project status updates using data extracted from SAP and project records.
Maintain accurate records of manpower, site attendance, equipment, and project resources as required.
Ensure accurate filing, data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and ISO procedures.
