About You:

You’re the energy people feel when they walk in.

This role is about presence, order, and precision. As the face and rhythm of the office, you’ll ensure that every interaction, internal or external, reflects Wealth Key’s brand.

What You’ll Handle

  • Manage all front-desk operations: calls, client greetings, and visitor flow.
  • Coordinate property viewings, internal meetings, and daily office schedules.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and property listings.
  • Support the leadership team with admin, HR, and supplier coordination.
  • Keep the office running smoothly, professionally, and aligned with brand standards.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–3 years in real estate, hospitality, or corporate admin roles in the UAE.
  • Skills: Excellent English communication;
    Arabic/Russian is a plus.
  • Presentation: Polished, confident, and client-facing.
  • Tech: Proficient in MS Office, and CRM platforms (Propspace) as well as DLD & Channel portals (Bayut, Dubizzle, etc)
  • Mindset: Organised, proactive, emotionally intelligent, and adaptable under pressure.
  • Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
