Roles & Responsibilities – FRONT OFFICE CUM ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
- Supporting in Recruitment requirements
- Supporting in Insurance Renewals
- Flight ticket bookings, coordination for Airport pick up and Drop
- General coordination for Company car use
- ADDC, DEWA – payment process, handing issues related to the same (if arrises)
- Accommodation – Maintenance
- Car, Bus service, repair, maintenance – Coordination
- Vehicle Registration, Renewal, fine payments, Tracking
- Other Country Visa Process - If any request arrises from Sales team
- Updating employe documents/ records in Greyt
HR as well as updating renewed Visa details - Stationary, Pantry - Items Purchase
- OVERTIME FOR DRIVERS
- GATEPASS JAFZA
- ASSIST BOSS FOR MEETING
- COORDINATE AND REPORT ANY MAINTENACE WORK NEEDED FOR OFFICE
- MONITOR CLEANLINESS IN OFFICE AND R&D
- Any other work given from time to time in line with business requirements
