We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage project documentation for our real estate development projects. The role ensures proper filing, tracking, and distribution of all project-related documents, maintaining compliance and accessibility across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Manage, organize, and maintain all project documents, drawings, and correspondence
- Ensure proper version control, filing, and archiving of documents
- Distribute documents to relevant project teams, contractors, and consultants
- Maintain an updated document register and track revisions/approvals
- Support project teams in retrieving and reviewing documents as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for documentation
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation packages
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in document control within real estate, construction, or engineering projects
- Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, or document management software
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
