Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily calendars, appointments, and internal/external meetings.
  • Prepare and handle professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for both general administrative and sales documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow between the sales team and operations/logistics.
  • Keep the office neat and organized.
Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in a secretarial or executive assistant role, with exposure to sales coordination.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Photoshop.
  • Familiarity with sales documentation (quotations, invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes).
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Attentive and professional.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
