We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project and company documentation. The role ensures that all records are accurate, up to date, properly stored, and easily retrievable when required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and control all project and office documents, both electronic and hard copies.
- Ensure proper document filing, numbering, tracking, and version control.
- Distribute, receive, and record all correspondence, drawings, and technical documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure secure access to sensitive files.
- Support project managers, engineers, and admin teams in document-related tasks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project documentation procedures.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for document submission and approval.
- Regularly update document logs and maintain accurate records.
