Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team in the Hospital and Health Care industry. This crucial role demands a professional with exceptional administrative skills to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating schedules, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office. The Executive Assistant will act as a liaison between the executives and various departments within the organization, facilitating effective communication and project execution.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings with attention to priorities and deadlines.
  • Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, including preparing agendas, materials, and taking detailed minutes.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives, staff, and external partners, ensuring timely and clear communication.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Organize travel arrangements, expense reports, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence for executive use.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital sector.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
