Charterhouse is working exclusively with a well-established multinational organization that is looking to hire a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join their team based in Dubai. This role is open to UAE Nationals only.
About the RoleThe Office Administrator is a full-time role based in the Dubai office and plays a vital role in supporting the EMEA team and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Reporting to the Office Manager, the role provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to multiple team members, manages office and kitchen supplies, and assists with reception duties when required. The role also involves coordinating travel arrangements including processing visas, flights, and accommodation.
Responsibilities further include supporting the organization of meetings, training sessions, and conferences. This role is an integral part of the admin support team, contributing to a collaborative and efficient office environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent organizational and communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Experience in travel coordination and event organization will be an advantage, with the ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism in all tasks.
