Office assistant
We are seeking a friendly and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Requirements:- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Job Duties:The Office Assistant will handle tasks such as answering phones, greeting visitors, managing mail/packages, responding to inquiries, data entry, filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, coordinating travel, preparing correspondence, ordering supplies, maintaining records, and organizing filing systems. Providing exceptional customer service and promptly attending to client issues are also key responsibilities.
