Senior Accountant

• Manage accounts receivable team and support their routine issues.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes to ensure timely and accurate invoicing and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Prepare and present accounts receivable reports and analyses to management.
• Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate timely payments and resolve billing issues.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the accounts receivable process.
• Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure smooth invoicing and collection processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions.

• Knowledge of local accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a preference for experience in the food and beverage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities to work collaboratively within a team.
