Our client is hiring for the position Accounting Assistant.
- Recording and posting of accounting entries in Accounting system (IFS Accounting system)
- Cash management including payment and receipts processing
- Filing of VAT Return and related VAT reports and requirements
- Dealing with the suppliers, banks and auditors (internal and external audit)
- Payroll payment processing
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly & annual accounting activities and financial reports
- Maintaining accounting controls during review and processing of payments, recording of transactions, and recommending policies and procedures where appropriate
- Collects, analyzes and summarizes account information to facilitate decision making for management.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification required
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office especially in Excel & Power Point
