Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role located in Dubai for a Senior Accountant Receivable. The primary responsibilities include managing and overseeing all accounts receivable functions such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, recording payments, and managing cash applications. The role involves preparing financial reports, monitoring accounts to ensure accurate billing, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely collection and resolution of discrepancies.
Qualifications- Strong accounting skills, including accounts receivable management, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting practices is highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or equivalent are a plus
