The Accounts & Receivables Executive will manage both invoicing and incoming receivables, ensuring accurate tracking, timely collection processes, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Handle invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Verify and post receipts, resolve discrepancies, and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and follow up on outstanding invoices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
• Maintain accurate records of invoicing and receivables transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable and invoicing roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with GCC regulations and financial practices.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Certification in Accounts Receivable Management.
