Employment Type: Full-time

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
• Reconcile accounts, statements, and supplier payments.
• Assist in VAT calculations and filing, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Prepare and review invoices, receipts, and petty cash reimbursements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation.
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience in the UAE (automotive or trading industry is a plus).
• Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, Zoho, Quick Books, or similar).
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and basic compliance procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management.
• Good command of English (Arabic is a plus).
