Accountant Audit Exp

Ontime Group is in search of a qualified Accountant with audit experience to strengthen our financial team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards, all while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
• Conduct regular internal audits to evaluate financial controls and compliance
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring they adhere to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with external auditors during the year-end audit process
• Review and implement effective accounting policies and procedures
• Monitor and identify trends in financial data to support management decision-making
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for various departments
• Provide financial guidance and support as needed to various teams within the organization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting experience, with a strong focus on audit functions
• In-depth knowledge of auditing standards and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools (e.g., ERP systems)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
• Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements is preferred
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus
