Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Salary: AED 10,000 AED 12,000 per month

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a friendly, self-driven, and confident individual who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role demands expertise in financial management, attention to detail, and the ability to support a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Manage the financial accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare and analyse financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and timely execution.
• Perform periodic reconciliations of bank accounts and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and maintain a record of all project finances, preparing for internal/external audits and tax submissions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Conduct cost analysis, identifying areas for potential savings without compromising quality.
• Build strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on local regulations and financial compliance standards, implementing best practices in accounting processes.

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Quick Books, SAP) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanour.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive individual who complements the workplace culture and encourages collaboration.

• CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
• Experience in the construction, architectural, or related industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and practices.
