Senior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our Company based in Head Office to perform and coordinate accounting duties within our organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• Proven experience (5+ years) working as an Accountant or Senior Accountant in a corporate or public accounting environment.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and transactions.
• Conduct regular financial audits to identify and resolve any discrepancies or errors.
• Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.

Develop and implement financial controls and processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform complex accounting tasks, such as reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and month-end/year-end close processes.
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles and company policies in all financial activities.
• Review and approve accounting transactions and reports prepared by junior accounting staff.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of financial transactions and processes.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including profitability analysis, cost analysis, and trend analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and modeling.
• Excellent analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
