  • Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expense documentation.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Prepare, record, and post journal entries as needed.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files.
  • Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support the external accountant with VAT filings, tax submissions, and year-end audits.
  • Issue and track customer invoices.
  • Verify supplier bills and ensure timely payments.
  • Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up when required.
Administrative & Documentation Support
  • Maintain contracts, financial documents, and compliance records.
  • Manage classified documentation securely and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support general administrative tasks that relate to financial operations.
Skills & Qualifications Required
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar finance administrative role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables a plus).
  • Experience with accounting software (Quick Books, Xero, Zoho, or similar).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred
  • Experience with VAT processes and corporate tax filings.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based financial systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Analytical and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
