Client Accounting Supervisor; Arabic Speaker

Our client, a leading firm in the tax and accounting industry, is looking for a Client Accounting Supervisor (Arabic Speaker) to oversee client accounts, ensure compliance with financial standards, and lead a team in providing exceptional accounting services.

• Supervise daily accounting operations for multiple client accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable, cash flow, and general ledger maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
• Oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes for assigned clients.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities as required.
• Mentor and support junior accountants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Prepare reports and financial analysis to support client decision‑making.
• Maintain strong client relationships by acting as the primary point of contact for accounting queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (professional certification suchصفات ACCA, CPA, or CMA is a plus Eventos).
• Proven progressive accounting experience,including atИхадоу 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and UAE compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Zoho Books, Quick Books, or similar is an advantage).
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills and client‑facing experience.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Arabic speaker preferred but not required
