Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and interpret the financial statements and reports of the hotel.
* Audit accounts, records, and transactions, streamlining internal control procedures.
* Implement controls to safeguard hotel assets and maintain records for fixed assets and inventories.
* Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, maintaining budget control procedures.
* Understand and ensure adherence to Al Khoory Hotels’ tax obligations (Dubai Municipality, Dubai Tourism).
* Manage the staffing of the accounting department, coordinating with Group HR for approvals.## Requirements
* Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
* Strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to interpret financial results and provide recommendations.
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Familiarity with local government regulations and tax obligations in Dubai.## Benefits
