As an Accountant focusing on Receivables, you will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the accounts receivable process within our organization. The Accountant - Receivables will be accountable for ensuring timely collection of receivables and will work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the billing process. You will perform account reconciliations, process incoming payments, and resolve discrepancies by maintaining direct communication with customers.

• Manage and monitor the entire accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections.
• Perform daily and monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
• Communicate effectively with clients, resolving issues related to billing and payments.
• Collaborate with the sales team to reconcile any discrepancies in customer records.
• Prepare and present detailed aging reports and analyze receivable accounts.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize outstanding receivables.
• Process incoming payments and accurately record them within the accounting systems.
• Maintain thorough and accurate customer payment records and invoice documentation.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Analyze receivables data to forecast future cash flow trends.
• Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing processes as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines efficiently.
• Experience with ERP systems is considered an advantage.
