We’re supporting an international skincare / beauty brand in hiring a Senior Accounts Payable Executive to manage end-to-end AP operations across global suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, exposure to multiple regions and currencies, and the opportunity to support a fast‑growing, international business.

You’ll oversee the full accounts payable lifecycle, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices and payments across multiple entities and regions, while supporting financial controls, audits, and continuous process improvement.

• Manage the full AP cycle: invoice processing, approvals, payments, and reconciliations
• Handle high‑volume, multi‑entity and multi‑currency invoices
• Perform 3‑way matching (PO, GRN, invoice)
• Maintain vendor master data and internal controls
• Act as the main point of contact for international suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, and agencies
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment queries efficiently
• Maintain strong vendor relationships while enforcing agreed payment terms

• Ensure compliance with VAT/GST, withholding tax, and import duties
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and reconciliations
• Adhere to company policies and approval frameworks
• Perform monthly AP reconciliations, accruals, and ageing analysis
• Support month‑end and year‑end close
• Prepare AP reports including cash flow forecasts and vendor ageing

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Support standardisation of AP processes across international entities

• Mentor junior AP team members
• Review work for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with workload planning and documentation

• Strong AP and financial controls knowledge
• Experience with multi‑currency and multi‑entity accounting
• Understanding of international taxation (VAT/GST)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
• Confident communicator with global stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced FMCG / beauty / skincare environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 6–10+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable (FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or retail preferred)
• Experience with international suppliers and cross‑border transactions
• Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA / CPA / CIMA) is a plus
