Senior Accounts Supervisor

Head of Talent Acquisition & Development

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily general ledger activities and ensure timely posting of journal entries.
• Assist the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and adjusting entries.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper cost allocations.
• Analyze variances and trends in financial statements, and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, internal controls, and external regulations.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and addressing audit queries.
• Assist in implementation and enhancement of ERP systems and automation of accounting processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CA, ACCA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of general ledger functions, financial reporting, and cost accounting.
• Familiarity with automotive industry‑specific accounting.
• Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Epicor) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
