We’re looking for an Accounting Assistant to support our daily finance operations.
Responsibilities- Handle accounting using accounting software, particularly Quick Books/FTA-approved system.
- Record daily transactions (collection, sales, expenses).
- Prepare invoices, payments, and bookkeeping.
- Assist with UAE tax (VAT) compliance and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports.
- Support month-end and reporting tasks.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Knows Excel.
- Fast typist.
