Accountant (Settlements with suppliers) – Ukrainian/Russian Language (Dubai, UAE)

Ajax Systems is an international technological company and Europe's largest security system manufacturer.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Work experience in accounting with a focus on settlements with suppliers – at least 2 years
• Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE tax regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in accounting software: 1C, SAP. Good knowledge of Excel
• Languages:
  
  Russian, Ukrainian, and English – at an intermediate level or higher

• Documents check and accounting posting: receipts of goods and services, returns to suppliers, expenses
• Control over correct records of transactions with suppliers within orders/contracts, and records of required adjustments
• Reconciliations with suppliers
• Assist with tax filings and annual audits
• Other tasks
