The person in this role enjoys building systems that help revenue teams win.
This role focuses on designing, launching, measuring, and continuously improving cross‑channel digital programs that directly influence pipeline movement and sales velocity. You own paid media execution across multi‑channel campaigns and account‑based marketing initiatives end‑to‑end, with a clear emphasis on making programs measurable, repeatable, and scalable.

Who you are:You understand complex, multi‑stakeholder B2B buying processes and how marketing signals support sales execution and prioritization. You think in architectures and workflows, while also diving deep into the technical details. You execute integrated campaigns across search, paid social, display, native, and programmatic channels, and you design and run 1:1 and 1:few ABM programs that support the full customer journey and align closely with field teams and corporate brand communication strategies.
Campaigns are built with impactful creative and clear engagement signals that sales teams can act on.
This is not a passive media role or an agency‑management position. You are hands‑on, building insight‑led, highly personalized journeys for priority accounts and using AI-enabled tools to scale what performs. You take a disciplined test‑and‑learn approach—analyzing performance, optimizing across channels and audiences, and improving engagement quality, pipeline progression, and conversion outcomes. When momentum slows, you use data and behavioral signals to identify friction points and create content to unblock progress.
You collaborate effectively with designers and external agencies when needed, but you are equally comfortable creating campaign content yourself when speed, experimentation, and iteration matter. You write exceptionally well, think visually, and translate complex ideas into digital experiences that resonate. You are naturally curious and enjoy testing and applying new AI tools as they emerge.
You independently manage end‑to‑end approvals and ensure all content meets regulatory requirements. You are fluent navigating the Mar Tech stack—working confidently across platforms such as Demandbase, Salesforce, and Hub Spot—and you ensure tracking, integrations, attribution, and data flows are accurate and reliable.
What you bring to the roleYou have a bachelors degree in marketing or similar field of study.
You bring 8+ years of B2B digital marketing experience, with at least 2 years focused on account‑based marketing programs.
You have worked directly with major ad platforms and at least one ABM platform (preferably Demandbase).
You combine strong technical execution with a creative mindset and high‑quality writing skills.
