Global Product Manager

We are looking for a strategic Global Product Manager to join the Marketing team at LAND®. This is an important role at an exciting time for the business, as our customers navigate their rapidly changing industries. You will lead the product management and drive the global strategy for our portfolio of infrared temperature measurement solutions.

Collaborate across functions to define product roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and ensure alignment with customer needs in industries such as steel, glass, energy, petrochemical, and chemical. Dynamism and determination are essential qualities. We work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to adapt quickly to change and use soft skills to build consensus around new product ideas.

• Develop and execute global product strategies and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept through launch and end-of-life, defining product requirements and working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
• Support sales and marketing departments with product positioning, messaging, and training.
• Engage with customers and partners to gather feedback, ensure product‑market fit, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Sales, Product, Design Engineering, Engineered Solution, and Industry Management teams.
• Regular engagement with customers, sales partners (reps, distributors), and cross‑functional global teams.
• Global travel up to 20% is expected for sales meetings, conferences, to see products in action, and to gather feedback from customers, regional sales and marketing teams, and partners.
• Hybrid role (minimum once per week in Dronfield).

• Technical education in engineering, physics, chemistry, or related field.
• Proven experience in product management in a global B2B environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
