MIG Welder – Permanent Position

Starting salary: £30K

Hours:

38 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:00, early finish Fridays)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

* Operate welding equipment, power tools, and cutting tools for assembly work

* Inspect and ensure all welds meet quality control and compliance standards

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, including weld symbols

* Maintain high safety standards and follow company procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For

* Minimum of 3 years’ welding experience

* Ability to read technical drawings and take accurate measurements

* A commitment to high standards of quality and workplace safety

* Ability to weld 6mm-150mm plate

* Ability to complete 6mm-30mm fillet welds
