Vanrath are currently working with a market-leading leisure vehicle retailer with a strong presence across the island of Ireland. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking to appoint an ambitious Vehicle Sales Consultant to join their growing showroom team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to join a high-performing dealership within a thriving sector. Location Dromore area Salary £25,000 basic salary Realistic on-target earnings between £50,000 - £70,000 (uncapped commission structure)

The Role As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the full purchase journey, from initial enquiry through to handover. The role requires a consultative sales approach, strong product knowledge, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities Achieve agreed sales targets across new and pre-owned leisure vehicles Provide detailed product information and advise customers on current offers and finance options Proactively follow up enquiries and build a strong pipeline of prospective buyers Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity within internal systems Conduct thorough and accurate vehicle appraisals for part-exchange opportunities Participate in brand and product training to remain up to date with industry developments Deliver a professional handover experience to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business About You Demonstrated experience in a sales-focused role (automotive experience advantageous) Background within a franchised dealership or specialist vehicle environment desirable Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly Self-driven, target-oriented and commercially aware Confident using IT systems and CRM platforms Full UK driving licence
