Falcon is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join its team to generate sales leads and hunt for new B2B sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will share the team’s vision of becoming the greatest flooring contractor in the world and will have the opportunity to advance to a management level position, as well as to contribute to the company’s success and growth.

Key Responsibilities- Take control and generate leads in specific industries and target areas.
- Work in conjunction with the commercial team to ensure a smooth transition of handing over leads.
- Maintain a high standard of approach when talking to and meeting prospective new clients.
- Ensure the achievement of all KPIs, which will be set out at the start of the role.
- Participate in activities that promote the Brand/Company and the product & services it offers.
- Maintain awareness of competition and market trends.
- Control expenses to agreed levels with the Commercial Director during field-based activities.
- Continuously improve product and service knowledge to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure the image of the Brand/Company is always upheld.
- Ensure all information meetings and lead data is communicated to the National Sales & Key Accounts Manager. We encourage using Fireflies.ai for recording all meetings and capturing all actions.
- Be fully conversant with Brand/Company policy on:
Brand standards, Health and safety policy, Personnel and training procedures.
- Utilise brand metrics to ensure quality measures are maintained throughout the company.
- Communicate all received feedback within the team.
- Work with our Head of Commercial / Commercial Director to drive improvements to the business.
- Effectively manage and build new relationships.
- Perform tasks as directed by Head of Commercial / Commercial Director in pursuit of business goals.
- Continuously improve knowledge and abilities through on-going training and development.
- Always comply with company codes of conduct.
- Familiarise yourself with company policies/procedures + the employee handbook.
- Lead by example in demonstrating behaviours expected of all employees.
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team with colleagues from different viewpoints, cultures, and backgrounds.
- Produce reports as required internally and externally.
- Hold and attend meetings as appropriate; actively contribute to all forums.
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures.

- Weekly internal team meeting (Monday 08:30).
- Monthly whole team meeting (Installers 06:30).
- Team huddle every morning (08:30) standing at the Mission Wall.
- Weekly department team strategy meetings with MD (30 minutes, come prepared).
