Full‑time employees receive 28 days of annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing to 33 days after 5 years of service. • Collaborating with the store management team you work to ensure your team are well‑trained, informed and capable of delivering the high store standards our customers expect.

• You work closely with your management team colleagues to identify customer service needs, communicating these priorities to the team, and ensuring all members contribute to delivering outstanding service and maintaining a safe, welcoming store environment.

• You understand and support the execution of daily performance goals and play a key role in achieving targets and store presentation.
