Assist Resourcing is seeking Production Operatives in Droitwich to work with a client that has been in the business of plastic injection moulding for over 50 years. If you live in Droitwich, Worcester, Kidderminster or nearby areas, this role could be for you. Please ensure you can travel to the site before applying.

Before you start, you will attend a full week of paid training (Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00). You must be able to commit to the entire week.

• Work with MAAC and CNC machines
• Follow instructions and complete production paperwork
• Load materials onto machines
• Unload machines
• Monitor machines
• Perform quality checks

Rotating day shift (AM): 6 am – 2:15 pm Monday–Thursday; 6 am – 11 am Friday.

Rotating day shift (PM): 2 pm – 10:15 pm Monday–Thursday; 11 am – 4 pm Friday.

Fixed night shift: 10 pm – 6:15 am.

You are a hard‑working individual who relishes a new challenge. Previous experience in a similar environment is beneficial but not essential; full training will be provided. Candidates should be UK residents (visa assistance not available) and able to travel to the site.
