To be considered for this role, you ideally will hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or have previous childcare experience.

Pay: £12.21 - £12.55 per Hour based on experience (40 hours per week).

My First Friends Nursery Droitwich is rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted. Droitwich Nursery is focused on the great outdoors, surrounded by woodland and a variety of child‑friendly equipment such as sandpits, a construction area, a fire pit, a mud kitchen and a bug hotel, or what we like to call it, ‘Buggingham Palace’. The nursery is situated on Old Coach Road, opposite Witton Middle School, which is just off B4090 Worcester Road.

There is ample parking available.

• Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
• Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
• Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
• Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
