Full‑time, on‑site role based in Driffield. Responsible for servicing, repairing and installing commercial and domestic air conditioning and refrigeration systems. Ensures equipment maintenance to a high standard, troubleshoots technical issues, and collaborates with the team to deliver quality results to clients.

• Proficiency in Building Maintenance, Building Services, and Facility Management (FM)
• Strong knowledge and experience in maintenance & repair of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment
• Expertise in HVAC systems, including installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to the industry
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a team
• Relevant certifications or trade qualifications in air conditioning and refrigeration engineering
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
