Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a motivated Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a leading food manufacturer in Driffield. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, providing electrical and mechanical support across the site.

Your role will focus primarily on planned preventive maintenance (90%), with limited reactive work (10%), covering electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems while supporting the smooth and efficient running of the factory and developing your skills through structured training and career progression opportunities.

• Multi‑skilled (electrical or mechanical bias)
• Has a time‑served engineering apprenticeship (or equivalent)
• Has 2+ years’ experience in production maintenance
• Is proactive, a team player, and comfortable with CMMS

• Training and upskilling to grow your career
• Supportive, coaching team
• 12‑hour shifts with good work‑life balance
• Salary £40,076 OTE £48,333 based on 42 hours average week on continental shift pattern – days and nights
