Interim Finance Manager

A well-established business in Driffield is looking to appoint an Interim Finance Manager to provide short-term leadership and support within their finance function during a key period.

This role would suit an experienced finance professional who can quickly embed themselves into the business and add value from day one. The position is paying up to £60,000 (salary equivalent), with some flexibility around working arrangements.

• Managing the day-to-day finance function and overseeing the finance team
• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Providing financial insight and support to senior stakeholders
• Reviewing, improving and maintaining financial controls and processes

• Have proven experience in a Finance Manager or senior finance role
• Possess strong technical accounting knowledge
• Be confident managing stakeholders and leading a finance team
• Be adaptable and comfortable working in an interim, fast-paced environment

The role is easily accessible from Driffield and surrounding areas, including Beverley, Bridlington, Malton and Pocklington.
