• Purpose of the position:
  Lead the marketing and market analysis team in implementing all tasks and responsibilities of the SY team, including corporate marketing, product marketing, market information and market analysis, and coordination with relevant departments and stakeholders.
• Leadership of the operational team
• Conception and strategic development of marketing materials, campaigns and market analyses
• Strategic alignment of market analyses, databases and targeted market development
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align conditions and requirements
• Supervision of team members regarding scope, quality and timeliness of work; manage corrective actions

• Professional and disciplinary management of employees following internal guidelines
• Planning and coordination of division of labour, and short- and long-term staffing
• Planning and implementation of training and holiday planning
• Promoting individual development of departmental employees
• Ensuring high performance and motivation through effective leadership
• Performance appraisals and disciplinary measures
• Compliance with legal and internal regulations, including safety requirements
• Guidance and documented instruction of employees
• Planning and adherence to the cost centre budget

• Conception, implementation and execution of the EFW marketing strategy
• Definition and maintenance of corporate design
• Management of marketing activities for various EFW initiatives
• Planning and execution of EFW marketing events
• Development of marketing materials and campaigns

• Developing product marketing strategy and materials for all business areas
• Managing marketing activities for all product lines and sales campaigns
• Coordinated marketing approach within EFW Group; collaboration with Airbus and STEA when needed

• Provide information on market trends, regulatory developments, economic indicators, and analysis to support campaigns
• Provide market and competitive analyses to support business units and identify opportunities
• Ensure data from external sources is used to support campaigns
• Utilize a network of Airbus and STEA partners for market inputs
