Key responsibilities in your new role

• Manage and control site projects
  , ensure the hand-over to sustaining functions and lead your team to project success
• Bring sustainable and robust structures in the projects and implement the compliance
• Continuously focus on the project quality
  , at the same time you will assess progress and guarantee that goals are met even in the face of challenges
• Integrate and balance skills as well as the development areas of your team members
• Assign tasks or work packages and hold the assignees and the project team accountable

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A University Degree (Masters, Diplom) in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Automation Technology, Production Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 6 years of professional experience in project management (classic, agile or hybrid) and first experience in leadership
• Preferably a project management certification (IPMA-C or comparable)
• Experience in Microsoft Office Project, Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Good knowledge of project management methods combined with very good stakeholder management skills
• Professional communication and presentation skills in German and English as a plus
