* What you will do:

*** Carry out all scheduled and ad-hoc service activities in accordance with internal procedures and customer regulations.
* Deliver responsive support through telephone diagnostics and on-site service visits.
* Conduct VDE 0701/0702 safety tests on customer equipment and ensure accurate documentation of results.
* Efficiently manage your work schedule and handle technical escalations effectively.
* Proactively promote the company’s contract service offerings.

* Qualifications & Skills:

*** Professional background or qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
* 3–5 years of field experience in servicing analytical equipment or comparable devices.
* Willingness to travel to the UK for training purposes.
* Excellent German and strong English skills, both written and spoken.
* Possession of a clean driving license.
