Hampton by Hilton Dresden City Centre

You will get to know the hotel business with us. During the course of your studies, you will work in all relevant areas. These include:

• Front office/reception
  • Checking guests in and out
  • Cash register booking
  • Reservations
  • Guest communication on hotel booking portals
• Breakfast area/F&B
  • Guest service
  • Preparation of breakfast and breakfast buffet
• Housekeeping
  • Ensuring the cleanliness of the entire hotel (public areas and guest rooms)
• House Technic
  • Familiarization with the technical requirements and functions
• Sales/marketing/revenue management
  • Knowledge of the hotel brand and marketing of the hotel
  • Calculation of hotel rates
• Human resources/finance
  • Recruitment of employees
  • Creation of duty rosters
  • Preparation of training plans
  • Invoicing, posting invoices

You will get to know areas that we do not offer in Dresden (Food & Beverage/Restaurant) in our hotels in Frankfurt or Munich. For the areas of Human Resources and Finance/Controlling, you will join us at our Head Office in Berlin.
