As a Handyman at Ramada by Wyndham Draper, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in residential or commercial settings. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in general repairs and maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot various issues. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive high-quality service and that their properties remain in excellent condition.

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall work as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with remodeling projects, including kitchen and bathroom renovations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Document work completed and provide regular updates to management as necessary.

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Capable of standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
