• Chase the win — Use every tool you’ve got to find and close new business: your old contacts, new leads, cold calls, DMs, referrals… whatever it takes.
• Own your pipeline — You’re not babysitting accounts. You’re building them from scratch and scaling them to $10K+ in weekly net revenue.
• Be the face of DCL — From first call to follow-up, you own the relationship and the results.
• Outsmart issues before they hit — Proactively solve freight problems and deliver top-tier service every single time.
• Track your hustle — Keep your pipeline, prospects, and deals clean and sharp in our CRM (Salesforce) and TMS (McLeod).
• Grow what you kill — Turn first loads into repeat business and referrals.

• That unshakable confidence and internal fire to close deals and crush goals.
• A natural love for risk, rejection, and getting back up.
• BA/BS or equivalent street-smart sales experience.
• Freight brokerage or logistics experience? Even better.
• Existing customer book? We’ll help you grow it even faster.
• Excellent communication skills (you're charming and scrappy).
• Strong follow-up habits and CRM savvy.
