Your day-to-day adventures as an MSDR at Bamboo
HR will include:
- Being the go-to guru for our leads, sparking interest through discovery and dropping knowledge bombs
- Reaching out and qualifying potential clients to set up meetings for our Account Executives to seal the deal
- Making those inbound calls (How awesome is that?!) to our marketing leads every single day
- Showing up and bringing your A-game full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (no nights or weekends, woohoo!)

What You Need to Get the Job Done- You have a proven ability to sell with related sales or marketing experience
- You’ve had experience articulating value propositions via phone and email and will be able to do so with Bamboo
HR’s product - You’re able to identify and qualify sales opportunities
- Collaboration and negotiation are talents of yours and you’re able to utilize them to communicate effectively
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You’re highly motivated and self-driven
- You have a positive attitude (training, resiliency, appreciate the growth from adversity)
- You are highly team oriented and focus on the success of your peers as well as yourself
- You are coachable and have proven ability to take feedback and implement it
- You can engage and communicate with customers in a positive and approachable way
- 1+ Years of Sales or SDR experience is preferred
