Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We are seeking Nurse Practitioners who are:

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. We do not accept FNPs, APRNPs, or PAs.
• Must be an experienced PMHNP.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority.
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

$169,000 - $251,000 per year. W2, full time employment with full benefits package.

Life Stance Health is growing. We have offices opened in and around the Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, Utah. We will be opening more offices in 2026.
