Overview

Nurse Practitioners are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Nurse Practitioners that are:

• Licensed in Utah with a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification. We do not accept FNPs. MUST BE AN EXPERIENCED PMHNP.
• Must have or be able to obtain Prescriptive Authority
• Must have or be able to obtain DEA.
• Experienced with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Experienced in both medication management as well as therapy.

Responsibilities include providing high quality behavioral healthcare and delivering patient-centered care across adult and/or child and adolescent populations, including medication management and therapy as appropriate.

• Must have 2 years experience as a PMHNP

We are hiring for all Utah locations in the Greater Salt Lake City area, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove and Draper. We will be opening more offices in 2026.
