Marketing Director or Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a talented marketing team.
• Drive strategic marketing plans that grow customer traffic, strengthen brand presence, and increase sales.
• Oversee digital, print, in-store, and social media marketing efforts.
• Partner closely with Operations, Sales, and Merchandising to align marketing with business needs.
• Analyze customer trends, market data, and competitive insights to identify new opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and maximize ROI on campaigns.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, agencies, and partners.
• Support company-wide initiatives including remodels, new builds, acquisitions, and more.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred but not required).
• At least 3 years of senior-level marketing experience; role level (Director or Manager) based on experience.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with a track record of developing teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns and data-driven decision-making.
