As a Clean Room Shift Lead
, you will be responsible for maintaining clean room production.

• Primary point of contact for Clean Room Technicians
• Assign work assignments and production priorities to clean room personnel on your shift
• Ensure that clean room personnel are effectively trained on all necessary clean room SOP's and Procedures
• Communicate employee, equipment or procedural issues
• Work with other shift leads to ensure a smooth transition between shifts with no production delays
• Final clean sterile and non-sterile product
• Final inspection of sterile product
• Final package sterile and non-sterile product
• Label print sterile and non-sterile product
• Prepare product package for sterilizer
• Finish work orders
• Housekeeping of clean room & packaging area
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

• 3-5 years medical device producing
• Reading and understanding production procedures
• Minimum computing skills
• Standing for long periods of time
• Self-starter with moderate direct supervision
• Able to work in a clean room environment
