Job Description

Associa is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Draper, UT. A Customer Service Supervisor oversees customer service agents who interact with customers in person, by phone, or virtually. This role ensures staff follow company policies, provide high-quality service, and receive feedback or training when performance gaps arise. The supervisor may also coordinate additional training for employees, administered either by the supervisor or another trainer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develops, tracks, and reports key performance measurements for the unit.
  • Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversees cross-functional work areas targeted to resolve issues raised by customers.
  • Manages customer service operations, serving as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of office management or supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software, databases, and HOA management systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills.
